Wonder Girls’ Yenny reveals she once got into an argument with Yubin

Wonder Girls‘ member Yenny shared a story about a time she fought with fellow member Yubin.

On the July 10th episode of SBS ‘Strong Heart‘, Yenny began, “When we receive songs by producerJ.Y. Park, the members rehearse them really well. But when it comes to songs that I write, there are times the members don’t even really know the melody and it hurts my feelings.”

“The rap portion of a song I wrote was completed at the very end,” she continued. “So I personally worked on it- but it was hard because Yubin unni and I have very different styles when it comes to rapping.”

“We are both members of the group, and us trying to both play the role of the director inevitably caused some weird tension,” she added. “Sohee and Lim are younger than I am so they usually go with the flow, but there was some tension when it came to Sunye and Yubin.”

She continued, “When we began Yubin unni’s rap portion, the style was so different that we had to re-record several times. She even cut me off, so eventually I exploded and asked her to step outside.”

“While in conversation, Yubin unni began to cry and couldn’t even speak, so we had to postpone the recording session,” Yenny explained. “We recorded the portion the next day, and Yubin rehearsed it extremely well so we got it in one shot.”

B.A.P to release “Goodbye” ahead of their mini-album release

TS Entertainment has recently announced that rookie group B.A.P will be releasing their single “Goodbye” ahead of the release of their first mini-album, whose title and release date have yet to be announced. The single is expected to see its release on July 9th.

Goodbye is specially noted as it is produced by none other than TOP, the lead guitarist for The Seo Taiji Band. TOP is said to have taken on the role as not just the head producer, but as well as a musician as he is featured on the song playing a variety of instruments from guitar, bass guitar and the drums. While B.A.P’s previous singles showcased strong urban, hip-hop influences, Goodbye is said to a rock number that will marriage B.A.P’s unique musical color with the distinctive rock sound as produced by TOP.

Lyrically, Goodbye will take in the same mold as the group’s earlier releases as a commentary on society, describing their encouragement for fans to “never be frightened of new beginnings” and to “keep their hopes alive for their dreams.”

Sunmi and many famous celebrities attend Wonder Girls’ concert ‘Wonder World Tour in Seoul 2012′

Inactive Wonder Girls member Sunmi was reported to have attended Wonder Girls’ second solo concert, ‘Wonder World Tour in Seoul 2012‘.

The concert took place on July 7th, 7PM KST at the Jamsil Indoor Gymasium and marks the girls’ first solo concert in three years. With rookie duo group JJ Project opening the concert, roughly 6000 fans were in attendance.

Aside from Sunmi, many celebrities attended the concert. Girls’ Generation members Seohyun andTiffany are said to have rushed to attend the concert after emceeing MBC‘s live ‘Music Core‘. Others who attended the concert were Leessang, Tiger JK, Kan Mi Yeon, Min Hyorin, and fellow JYP Entertainment label mates miss A, 2PM, Joo, San E, and J.Y. Park.

J.Y. Park selects Wonder Girls’ Yenny and Yubin as his drinking buddies

J.Y. Park revealed his drinking buddies to be none other than the two oldest members of Wonder Girls‘, Yenny and Yubin.

The singer / producer guested on the July 7th installment of KBS‘s ‘Entertainment Relay – Guerilla Date‘ and stated, “Among the artists in JYPE, Wonder Girls are the ones that keep me entertained.”

When asked who his drinking buddies are, J.Y. Park drew the attention of viewers by selecting Yenny and Yubin.

In addition to the interview, J.Y. Park promised that if 1.3 million people watch his upcoming film ‘5 Million Dollar Man‘, he’d hold a fanmeeting while being dressed up as Miss Korea.

’5 Million Dollar Man’ will hits theaters on July 19th.

Wonder Girls moved to tears by Wonderfuls during their concert

The Wonder Girls successfully kicked off their second solo concert, ‘Wonder World Tour in Seoul 2012‘, in front of 5,000 fans. The concert took place on July 7th, 7PM KST at the Jamsil Indoor Gymasium and marks the girls’ first solo concert in three years.

On this concert, the Wonder Girls performed their hit songs including ‘Like This‘, ‘Be My Baby‘, ‘Tell Me‘, and ‘Nobody‘. The Wonder Girls also performed remixes of ‘This Fool‘, ‘2 Different Tears‘, and ‘So Hot‘, which brought a fresh new sound to these beloved songs. DJ Koo also made a special appearance to help Wonder Girls rock out to ‘G.N.O‘. The members showed their different charms through their individual stages as well.

The members were also moved to tears as they talked to their fans, “We’ve been together for the past six years. We’re just grateful to be here together.”

The Wonder Girls also revealed a greetings video from Akon who is featured on their upcoming digital single, ‘Like Money‘, and a video of the song’s choreography was shown.

The Wonder Girls plan to continue their tour in various cities among Asia.

Tiffany and Seohyun spotted at the Wonder Girl’s concert

A picture of members of Girl’s Generation attending the concert of their peers, Wonder Girl‘s has been revealed.

An online community board posted a photo and wrote, ‘Tiffany and Seohyun went to watch the Wonder Girl’s Concert.’

Girl’s Generation members Tiffany and Seohyun are clearly visible in their seats to watch the Wonder Girl’s solo concert that was held on July 7th in Seoul called ‘Wonder World Tour in Seoul 2012.’

Tiffany and Seohyun look comfortable in their sleeveless attire and are waiting for the Wonder Girl’s concert to begin.  Tiffany and Seohyun never went on stage, but they cheered on their peers until the very last song.

Netizens who saw the comradre of the national girl groups Girl’s Generation and the Wonder Girl’s commented, “It is nice to see the close friendship between the girl groups.”

This was the first solo concert for the Wonder Girl’s in three years and on this day about 6000 fans were in attendance and fiercely cheered on the five beautiful ladies as they held the first show in their concert tour.

Wonder Girls’ Sunye is a horrible driver?

On an upcoming episode of MBC‘s ‘Come to Play’, a shocking truth was revealed about Wonder GirlsSunye‘s driving habits.

In a secret poll conducted prior to the recording, one of the members revealed that “Whenever she gets behind the wheel, Sunye turns into a wild beast,” she said. “I’m scared to go driving with her.”

In response to these allegations, Sunye defended herself, saying, “I only learned what my manager taught me. I can’t stand driving in one lane for too long, but I never go above the speed limit.”

‘Real Wonder Girls’ reveals autograph session + special tea time event with fans

The latest episode follows the girls as they held an autograph session after the release of ‘Like This‘. Additionally, they held a special tea time event with fans to create wonderful memories.
